HELICOPTER EMERGENCY EGRESS LIGHTING SYSTEM (HEELS)
This lighting system provides immediate exit/escape hatch illumination. This specifically designed system, which complies with MIL-L-85676(AS), functions only in emergency situations and is particularly effective in turbid water, smoke and dust filled areas. The system is operational even when immersed to a depth of 50 feet (15 meters).
